Predicting the demise of the video store, Red Room’s entrepreneurial owners engaged us to help unnaturally extend the length of the DVD hire business by creating a new low cost format that uses modified ATM technology to review, deliver and return its product at any time of the day or night.

Charging only for time used customers can hire films when it suits them, no longer limited by traditional trading hours. Conceived initially as an unmanned mini store franchise it has morphed into a branded presence that any corner store owner can offer.
